Possible Connection Between CODE. and A Lock Out Crime Unit

The Attack

The following Sniped Images were taken today after the website that appears in the captured images appeared on my computer while investigating a very secluded location within an undisclosed location of Null Space. What you will notice is that at the bottom there is an Under the Supervision of FBI., which I have enlarged. The group responsible for this attack and attempted lock out also have the same method that they are employing as CODE.  FBI. and CODE. Will also notice that the ., which is a tell tale sign of the members involved in this network. If you ever look at someone and they are standing sideways and looking at you with one eye and smiling then . , is what that means at the end of FBI., and that you are directed to that person at a discrete location to give them money. The same manner that CODE. uses permits to make a player give them ISK or lose their barge is being used with this group. The FBI., has issued a criminal act against the person much the same way that CODE. says that the Miner has violated a law of James315 both of which are untrue as we all know it. In both cases the result of the untrue violation is either to pay a ransom or have your PC locked out or your barge destroyed rendering both non-useable where the person has to purchase a new pc or barge.

I am thinking that both of these groups the FBI., and CODE. are part of a Chinese based extortion ring trying to extort money from different locations around the planet as well as forming a zombie network to pass information through to hopefully set the person up to take the fall in their espionage ring without the person ever even knowing it.
